A Shoot with Model Autumn Dies
For this shoot, we used a Leica M-10 Monochrome with a 50mm F/.95 Noctilux lens. We like the creative freedom this camera provides through its simplicity, and through its design philosophy that assumes the photographer wants complete creative control. Leica's fast prime lenses allow for the use of natural light in almost all circumstances. The M-10 has become our "go to" camera for digital shooting of art nudes.
The M-10 Monochrome, with its 40 megapixel sensor and unique sensor architecture produces images at near Medium Format quality that are highly adaptable to print magazine work. Individual files average 25-30mbs each.
Model Autumn Dies is a freelance model based in Pennsylvania. An artist in her own right, she excels at creating figurative photographic artworks.
