Duality
The concept of duality plays a critical role in many human endeavors, particularly in the sphere of art. Here, we have two models posing nude. Several things might strike you immediately about this short series: first is that the images are devoid of sexuality. In truth, the nude has played a starring role in Western traditions of art since the beginning of time. It is a modern idea that "nude" is connected intrinsically to sexual matters. Second, the contrasts of black and white, elegance and strength, the tense and the relaxed--for each element there exists an opposite.
